Privacy Notice

Last updated 21 July 2026 · How Brokerfy handles personal information under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173).

Brokerfy is operated by BBMN Labs ApS (CVR no. 46647599), Assensgade 9, 2. th., 2100 Copenhagen, Denmark.

What we collect

  • Account and profile information: name, email, phone number, profile photo, organisation membership, role, company details, and professional licence information.
  • Brokerage records: properties, contacts, buyer requirements, shortlists, notes, messages, reactions, viewing activity, and records of who created or changed them.
  • Public inquiries and account requests: the details you submit, such as name, phone number, email, message, company, and PRC REB licence number.
  • Technical and security information: authentication identifiers, timestamps, device and request information, errors, and audit logs needed to operate and secure the service.

Why we use it

We use this information to authenticate users; provide the CRM, marketplace, shared links, notifications, and co-broking features; verify brokers; support users; preserve record integrity; prevent abuse; secure the service; and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information or use it for third-party advertising.

Where we process information

Brokerfy is operated from Denmark and relies on service providers located outside the Philippines, including in the European Union and other countries, for hosting, authentication, communications, storage, and security. Where information is processed abroad, we take steps consistent with the Data Privacy Act to keep it protected.

Who can receive or see it

  • Your organisation: organisation inventory is shared with its members. Client work is visible according to organisation settings, membership, and role.
  • Clients and intended recipients: information placed in a shortlist or other bearer link can be seen by anyone who receives that link.
  • Other organisations and the public: opted-in listings may be shown to co-brokers or on the marketplace. Client contact details are not made public through those listing destinations.
  • Listing brokers: property inquiries are delivered to the relevant broker so they can respond.
  • Brokerfy Assist operators: a named operator may receive temporary access only to a specific sourcing request when the broker asks for help. The brief must exclude client identity. The operator may record private research and source contact details, but cannot access the organisation's other records or publish a listing.
  • Service providers and authorities: trusted providers may process information for hosting, authentication, communications, storage, and security. We may disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect people, rights, and the service.

When brokers enter client information

Broker organisations decide what client information to enter and are responsible for having a lawful basis, giving required notices, and respecting client instructions. Brokerfyprocesses that information to provide the service and its selected sharing features.

Retention and security

We use reasonable organisational and technical safeguards. No service is completely secure, so protect account credentials and bearer links. We keep information while needed for an account, organisation, inquiry, deal record, security, audit, dispute, or legal purpose. Archived business records and audit history may remain after a user loses access. We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer reasonably needed, subject to legal and integrity requirements.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may ask to access or correct your information, object to or restrict processing, withdraw consent where consent is the basis, request deletion or portability, or raise a complaint with the National Privacy Commission. Some requests may be limited where retention is required by law, security, audit integrity, or another person's rights.
