Accounts and professional responsibility

• Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in, and tell us promptly about suspected unauthorised access.
• You are responsible for maintaining any licence, registration, authority, and professional standard required for your real-estate activity.
• Licence or account verification is a trust signal, not an endorsement or guarantee of a broker, property, or transaction.

Organisations and access

Only create or join an organisation when authorised to do so. Organisation members may access shared organisation inventory. Depending on organisation settings and your role, they may also access shared client work. Organisation administrators can invite or remove members and manage organisation settings. Removal ends future access; records and audit history may remain with the organisation.

Client information and shared links

Enter only information you may lawfully use and share, give clients any notice required by law, and keep records accurate. Shortlist and similar client links are bearer links: anyone who receives one may be able to view its contents. Share them carefully and revoke or replace them if exposed.

Listings, marketplace, and co-broking

• You must have authority to market or share a listing and must keep its description, price, availability, ownership, and media accurate.
• Cross-organisation and public visibility depend on the destinations you enable and Brokerfy's eligibility rules. Do not publish confidential or misleading material.
• Co-brokers remain responsible for confirming authority, availability, client consent, commissions, and final transaction terms directly with each other.
• Brokerfy is not a party to broker-client or co-broking agreements and does not guarantee a lead, commission, property, counterparty, or completed transaction.

Pricing, costs, and commissions

Listing prices, price inclusions, commission rates, and co-broker splits are supplied by users. Any peso commission calculated from a percentage or rental-month term is an estimate based on the price or rent then entered and may change with the final transaction. Taxes, government charges, professional fees, cost allocation, commission entitlement, and payment may depend on property facts, applicable rules, and agreements outside Brokerfy. Users must verify them with the relevant parties and qualified advisers.

Brokerfy does not provide tax or legal advice, hold transaction funds, become a party to a transaction or co-broking agreement, or guarantee commission entitlement or payment. A displayed commission offer or history records information entered in Brokerfy; it does not by itself establish mutual acceptance or an obligation to pay.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service unlawfully; impersonate others; scrape, spam, deceive, harass, or bypass access controls; upload malware; interfere with the service; or expose personal, confidential, or copyrighted material without authority. We may investigate, restrict, suspend, or remove access or content when reasonably needed to protect users, comply with law, or enforce these Terms.

Your content and our service

You retain rights in content you submit. You give us a non-exclusive licence to host, process, reproduce, and display it only as needed to operate, secure, improve, and provide the destinations you choose. The service may change and may occasionally be unavailable. To the extent permitted by law, it is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted service or transaction outcomes.

Ending use and changes

You may stop using the service or ask for account assistance. Legal, security, audit, and organisation records may be retained as described in our Privacy Notice. We may update these Terms; when a material new version applies to an account, we may ask you to review and accept it before continuing. Philippine law applies, subject to rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
