01 · Start with the relationship
Capture the client and what they need.
Keep Mia's contact, requirements, responsibility and next contact reminder together before you start choosing properties.
Capture client requirements, organise inventory, follow up on time and share one polished private shortlist. Bring in deliberately shared broker inventory only when the client needs more options.
Applications from PRC-licensed Philippine real-estate brokers are reviewed individually.
How Brokerfy works
Example journey
01 · Start with the relationship
Capture the client and what they need.
Keep Mia's contact, requirements, responsibility and next contact reminder together before you start choosing properties.
02 · Find suitable options
Match your own inventory—and extend when needed.
Start with listings you control. If Mia needs more, consider properties another broker deliberately opened to co-broking.
03 · You choose what fits
Turn the best matches into one shortlist.
Use your judgment to curate your own and co-broke options. Mia opens the polished link without an account.
04 · The work after send
Turn client signals into the next step.
Interested and Skip stay with each property. Schedule contact reminders, tasks and agreed viewings without losing the context.
05 · Close the loop
Record the outcome and keep the relationship.
When the shortlist ends, record Deal closed or No deal. Move Mia to Past client when the relationship is no longer active.
One client journey
Keep the relationship, suitable property options and the next action connected. Brokerfy supports the work without deciding what should be shared or what the outcome means for the continuing client relationship.
01
Keep requirements, current notes, contact reminders and activity with the contact. Assign responsibility without losing the organisation context allowed by your setup.
02
Work from your own listings and private broker notes, then compare suitable options against the client's saved requirements.
03
Choose what deserves the client's attention, then send one polished link they can open and respond to without an account.
04
Keep responses, tasks, contact reminders and viewings in context. When the work ends, record Deal closed or No deal and retain the relationship history.
Daily focus
New leads, contact reminders, assigned tasks and recent responses come back into one focused view instead of relying on memory.
New inquiries become contacts for the responsible broker. An unassigned lead remains visible for the organisation to pick up.
See due contact reminders and overdue, today and upcoming assigned tasks in one place.
Interested and Skip responses, activity and agreed viewings stay attached to the relevant contact, property or shortlist.
Extend when useful
Brokerfy works with your own contacts and inventory first. Network and public destinations are deliberate choices when they help a specific client or listing.
05
Consider a suitable option another broker opened—or open selected stock to brokers serving their clients. Client details stay private. Offered co-broke terms are visible; final terms stay broker-to-broker.
06
Publish selected listings to your organisation's public Showcase and Listify. Nothing becomes public automatically.
Controlled sharing
Client contact details are not shown to co-brokers. Shortlist links need no client account; anyone with a link can open it, so you choose where to send it.
Clients mark Interested or Skip without creating an account.
Properties stay private unless you select them for a shortlist, co-broking or a public destination.
Other brokers never see the client’s name or contact details.
General sign-up remains closed. Licensed brokers can apply for consideration, and already-invited brokers can sign in.
